1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NRIHelpline ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

NRIHelpline is a private consultancy providing document review, form filling assistance, and general guidance for applications such as OCI, Indian Passport Renewal, Police Clearance Certificates (PCC), and Surrender Certificates. We are not affiliated with the Government of India, any Indian Consulate, VFS Global, or BLS International.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees paid to NRIHelpline are exclusively for our advisory and document preparation services. These fees do not include mandatory government processing fees or official courier charges, which must be paid directly to the applicable authorized agency (e.g., VFS or BLS) by the applicant.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

The final decision regarding the issuance of any document, passport, or visa rests entirely with the competent government authorities. NRIHelpline cannot and does not guarantee the approval, timeline, or outcome of any application.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NRIHelpline be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or the outcome of your application.
